An alleged urban area commander of CPI (Maoists) operating out of Surat in Gujarat for the past 13 years was arrested by the special cell of Delhi Police on Sunday night. The police said that the accused has been identified as Abdul Shakir Pasha (40). Senior police officers said that Pasha was picked up from his hideout in a government quarter in Sector 6 RK Puram.
